V-1200 V-1600	Remote variable speed controller, mounted into a totally enclosed self-contained cabinet with a D.C. motor ranging from ½ - to 1-1/2 H.P. All with single phase wiring. (Prices are in addition to the standard drive unit) ½ H.P. motor and variable speed controller ¾ H.P. motor and variable speed controller 1 H.P. motor and variable speed controller 1-1/2 H.P. motor and variable speed controller Voltages available: (120V/1P/60C) & (230 V/1P/60C) Remote variable speed controller, mounted into a totally enclosed self-contained cabinet with a built in start/stop. Comes with A.C. motor ranging from ¼ to 5 H.P. Speeds range from 1 to 20 fpm. Unit equipped with electronic shear pin and adjustable acceleration. Drive Units
D-500/2000	The standard Bridgeveyor D-500/2000 drive unit is of straight track in-line design with an overall length of 36-3/8”. This unit includes the reduction gear, sprocket assembly from gear output shaft to caterpillar drive shaft, caterpillar chain, c/w nine spring loaded drive dogs, four pillow block bearings and shims, roller chain, drive shaft and idler shaft both c/w 60A13 welded sprockets, hardened pressure plates, hold down covers, mounting blocks, nuts and bolts. (electric motor not included).
Note:	In order for easy access to the D-500/2000 drive, we recommend attachment of a TI-255 Inspection Port to each side of the drive unit, creating an overall dimension of 56” long x 19-1/4” wide x 10-1/2 high. Standard drive unit with single fixed speed ranging from 6 to 70 fpm.
D-1000/2000	The standard Bridgeveyor D-1000/2000 drive unit is basically the same as the D-500/2000 but with the gear mounted above the drive plate instead of alongside the drive plate (as in D-500/2000 drive). The overall dimensions thereby remains at 36-3/8” long (56” overall length including inspection ports) x 10-1/4” wide x 16-3/4” high. (electric motor not included).
Note:	Standard drive unit with single fixed speed ranging from 6 to 50 fpm. All gears and speed calculations are based on motors with 1725 rpm. and 56 “C” flange mountings.
